DS (Gin)

The DS is a « premium » forest type gin. A spicy nose and a perfect balanced mouth with juniper,black pepper,yellow birch bark,corriander,Angelica root and 5 others « secret » aromas.

The alcool of this gin is produced at the Domaine from our maple syrup and our grapes in small batch.

First Organic Gin from the Quebec province.
